New Memberships

Application to join the MAWHCC

We invite you to join our club. Membership is open to anyone year round! You do not have to reside in Washington to become a member. Some of our members live across Hawaiʻi nei and in other states. 

Membership renewal is due annually by March 15th. A $5 late fee is assessed if returning members miss the renewal deadline.

Membership Annual Dues:

Nā Lālā Mākua (age 18 to 64 yrs) - $25.00

Nā Lālā Haumāna (Enrolled college/university student) - $10.00

Nā Lālā ‘Ōpio (age 13 to 17 yrs) - $10.00

Nā Lālā Kūpuna (age 65+) - $9.00

Keiki (0-12 yrs, under parent(s)/guardian or other ʻohana’s (family) membership) - FREE

How to Apply Online: 

1) Please fill out and submit the club online membership application below. 

2) Make a payment. Payment for dues can be made online. Once you have submitted the application form you will be given a link to take you to payment.

3) Must complete one application and payment per person. *New memberships must be paid for individually. 

4) No payment necessary for New Keiki (0-12 yrs) memberships. Must complete the application below, payment will automatically be processed as FREE.

*Special reduced rates are available by request to the Papa Alaka’i (Board of Directors) for circumstances limiting ability to pay. Any member may request this for another or themselves. Please email info@mawhcc.org before filling out an application.
