After filling out the form, scroll down to pay for your membership renewals.
Returning keiki memberships (ages 0-12) are FREE, they only need the form below filled out and submitted.
Membership renewal is due annually by March 15th. A $5 late fee is assessed if members miss the renewal deadline. (Please see club announcement above)
*Filling out the MAWHCC Membership Information Update form DOES NOT automatically renew your membership. Please scroll down to pay for your membership renewal.

Select the type of membership(s) appropriate for you and your family (Keiki memberships are FREE and do not require payment). If your contact information has changed, use the form above to send us your updated information.
To pay for multiple memberships:
Select the first membership type from the drop down list and click "Add to Cart". A PayPal window will open showing the memberships in your cart.
Click "Continue Shopping" to return to this window and select the next membership type. Click "Add to Cart". Another membership will be added to your cart.
Continue this process until all memberships have been added to your cart.
Click the appropriate "Checkout" button on the PayPal window for your payment type.
